Description
With the phase-out of gas and municipal heat planning, cities and public utilities are increasingly responsible for creating citizen-friendly options for decarbonizing existing buildings. However, current measures are mostly based on an analog approach, making them very labor-intensive and not scalable at the neighborhood level. To double the renovation rate, new communication channels must be developed and access to renovation measures and district heating networks simplified.
Problem solving
CoBenefit helps cities and energy providers establish citizen-centric, one-stop shops for decarbonizing existing buildings with a white-label solution. Our platform allows citizens in a region to be specifically targeted and supported from energy consulting and financing/funding options to implementation. Our dashboards and interfaces facilitate the easy exchange of customer and building data, as well as project information, between all involved stakeholders. We offer an alternative to the consolidation of craft businesses and enable collaborative climate protection.
