Description
The Mineral Minds platform fully digitally optimizes material flows in the construction industry through the use of AI. This enables all market participants to align construction projects securely, quickly, and easily with other projects and local market participants, and to find economically and ecologically sound solutions. By linking our two business models – marketplace and Software as a Service (SaaS) – a "SaaS embedded marketplace" – market participants significantly expand their opportunities within the material flow.
Problem solving
In practical terms, this means that 20,000 tons of excavated earth, which would initially be waste at a construction site and would require approximately 800 truckloads to transport to a final disposal site, are matched through our system with another market participant and can thus be reused as building material for a noise barrier. This makes perfect economic and ecological sense for all participants. Mineral Minds provides the platform for matching market participants, identifies optimal matches with regard to transport routes, avoidance of empty loads, and evaluates CO2 and waste balances on a project-specific basis.
