Mr+Mrs Homes is an online B2C planning and tendering platform for single-family homes with the first real 3D house configurator with live price display.
The founders Markus Semmelmann and Mario Mirbach have been working as construction draftsmen/architects in the industry for almost 30 years and have rethought and completely digitized the house planning and house allocation process.
Prospective home builders plan independently, automatically generating all the data necessary for cost calculation, planning, and construction. This allows Mr+Mrs Homes to guarantee a rapid regional price comparison. MMH connects prospective home builders, along with a preliminary contract, transparent and detailed cost estimates, and planning and production data, with regional construction companies for final price competition. This saves companies the time and effort of customer acquisition, communication, and the planning and cost calculation process, while offering end customers maximum transparency and budget-friendly planning freedom. MMH empowers its customers to become architects.
