
Vladimir Vlahovic is the founder and managing director of the management consultancy SOLVENTRY GmbH, based in Vienna.
A native of Montenegro, he came to Austria on a scholarship and completed his BSc and MSc degrees in Civil Engineering at TU Vienna. He also earned an MBA in Technology Management from the Open University in England.
Initially, Vladimir worked on several projects in Russia, Austria and Germany, where he spent three years with the company Porr on the construction of the high-speed railway line.
Initially, he served as Managing Director of Rhomberg Sersa-RZDstroy GmbH, an international joint venture in the field of railway technology based in Vienna, where he was primarily responsible for the CEE and SEE markets. In his next position at CREE GmbH, an Austrian ConTech company, he lived in Sweden and led the Business Development department in Scandinavia, the Baltic States, and the Netherlands.
After returning to Vienna, he founded his own company SOLVENTRY GmbH to support ConTechs and innovative companies in the construction industry in particular in entering new markets and marketing products and technologies.
Academically, Vladimir is active at the TU Wien as well as at the universities in Serbia and Montenegro, where he teaches the topics of market entry and marketing as a guest lecturer.
Since Vladimir is passionate about areas such as cross-border cooperation, innovation and ultimately business development, he is also active as an author, keynote speaker and member of international associations and alumni organizations.
